Bonjour, je voudrai savoir où puis-je trouver la clef de mon produit X-plane 10 ?

Hi Greg,

Your product key will be in the email confirming your purchase from X-Plane.com if you bought a digital download version. If you did not buy the digital download version, you will simply need to insert DVD 1 when you see the message asking for a product key.

Du coup, comment puis-je réinstaller des nouvelles zones de paysages car, après plusieurs essais avec les dvd de x-plane, je constate un bug qui ne me permet pas d'installer les paysages. Le chargements des donnés crash à chaque fois et x-plane reste bloqué!

Je dois donc éteindre l'ordinateur et relancer le système.

Je pensais pouvoir télécharger le paysage depuis internet avec un numéro de licence...

Dois-je racheter le logiciel depuis internet ? N'y a t'il pas une autre solution?

You should be able to install scenery by running the installer. Is the installer crashing when you try to install the scenery? Or is it when you try to use the scenery in X-Plane? 

Please make sure you are using the latest installer/updated available here. If you still have problems, please upload a copy of the installer log.txt and explain in as much detail as possible the exact steps you take to see the problem.

C'est le programme d'installation qui bloque lors'que j'esais de l'installer.

Ps : je suis sur la dernière version de x.plane mais les dvd son de la première version (10.03 je crois).

If you are using the latest installer, and have DVD 1 in the drive, the only other guess I have is that you do not have X-Plane installed to the desktop. If X-Plane is installed somewhere else, it can cause all kinds of strange issues with the installer due to permissions issues.
