Can you be more specific about what you think changed with the last update? The only airport scenery available for YSCB is the default and it hasn't changed since Jan. 2015. Gateway airports should not interfere with custom scenery due to ICAO exclusion.
Is it the new AI aircraft at ramp starts feature? Extra aircraft should not have been turned on automatically, but if you had extra aircraft enabled they may be showing up in new places now.
