New computer reinstall

Question

having problems installing current software on my new iMac. missing scenery, etc. please help. I love the program and am frustrated with my inability to download on new computer. Will i have to purchase new digital????

You should not need to purchase another product key. Please make sure you are using the latest installer from our website.
