how can I control the speed on a 747-400 aircraft while descending and touch down ???

While descending and preparing to land the aircraft, the speed rises drastically, i am trying to control the speed with the rudder, throttle and all other flight control systems but is doesn't work. (I am using only a mouse and a keyboard, no joystick)

You can use the F1 and F2 keys to control the throttle by default. If you haven't changed those key bindings, and it's not working as expected, try moving the preferences folder (found in the Output folder) to the desktop to restore defaults.

The throttle levers are manipulable but it might be hard to grab them with the mouse, so using the keys might be your best bet.
