This may have been answered, however, I would like to make sure that I understand what is going on. Desktop version latest revision. I am interested in just setting the heading, however, it appears that altitude is also activated when I select Flight Dir to Auto, even if I have not pressed the ALT button. I wanted to have the plane fly in the direction selected, and change altitude manually.
Am I missing something?
