new update just says paused and frozen and will not let me fly or do anything how do i fix it please help.

Try moving, renaming or deleting your preferences folder. It's found in the X-Plane folder > Output folder.

I am running on a Mac with the same problem of <frozen> and<paused> on start. Only since the latest update. Please could you give me guidance for the Mac.

Thank you jroberts. I found the output file using finder, deleted it , now all is well.
