X-Plane 10.50 View doesn't stay at chosen zoom

Question

Since updating to 10.50.  The view is flickering and is zoomed in too far.  If I select a different view, after a few moments it jumps to a zoomed in version.  It won't let me zoom out.

I have run the Repair and Updated from the Internet, but it still behaves the same.

Please try moving, renaming or deleting the preferences folder (found in X-Plane's Output folder).
