Can't load additional scenery in 10.50

I am unable to load additional scenery from the DVD's in 10.50 Global.  By that I mean when prompted to insert the next disc after Disc 1, the disc isn't being recognized.  The DVD drive is working, since it's reading Disc 1 correctly.  The scenery that I've requested that is on Disc 1 is being loaded (I see that it is there when I try starting over), but then the subsequent disc is not being read.

I have North America loaded, and wanted to load Europe and Australia/NZ.

Is the disc damaged? If you insert it without the installer running, can you view it's contents and transfer anything to your desktop, for example?
