i have 100mbps download hardwired but its downloading at 1mbps, why so slow? very annoyed

as mentioned above I am very frustrated that im doing the digital download and my download speed is 1mbps or less but I checked my internet speed and I am getting 96 mbps so it has to be their end. I do not understand why it is slow and its frustrating that its going to take 2 days to download!?

We use Highwinds CDN for our digital downloads. Depending on where you are located, there may not be much presence which could slow down your download speeds. We highly recommend you download a small amount of scenery first so that you can get flying as soon as possible.

This is a poor response. You are a global company providing a global product. I have been waiting THREE DAYS for the bare minimum of scenery to load up and have just given up in frustration. 

If you can't resolve this, I want my money back.
