How to install the xplane 10 demo?

So I downloaded xplane 10 to try the demo.
But after selecting the language it asks for the keycode with no way to get to the demo.

Hi Brandtair, 

Are you having problems with the installer? Please make sure you have the very latest installer from X-Plane.com.  If installing the demo is not one of the options on the very first screen when you launch the installer, it thinks you have a copy already installed. You can get around this by renaming or deleting any existing copies of X-Plane 10.
