New X-Plane10Installer won't work for Demo

The latest XPlane10Installer will not allow installation of a Demo without a code or DVD.  So much for free demos?

Attach a copy of your installer log.txt. I cannot reproduce this issue.

I just downloaded the installer from http://www.x-plane.com/desktop/try-it/older/ and this is the screen I see:
