If I purchase X-Plane 10 (digital download w/ global scenery), will my xp 11 copy have global scenery?

I am going to purchase X Plane 10 Digital Download for a new gaming pc running Windows 10. I have been using regional scenery for some time, and i am very excited to make the switch to global scenery for VATISM. If I purchase the digital download, will my X PLANE 11 copy (on the release date) be global?

X-Plane 11 will not have regional editions, so no matter whether you purchase v11 as a DVD set or digital download it will have the full world scenery.
