I just buy X-Plane 10 from Steam as you suggest on your page link, how do I get X-Plane 11?

As you suggest on your "BUY" webpage, I just buy X-Plane 10 download version from Steam since is a option you give and expecting to receive next new version as you advertise.

 I just read that you dont get X-Plane 11 for buys from Steam... is that right??

No where during the "buy" processe you give that information!!

It says very clearly on our site that if you purchase X-Plane 10 through Steam (a third party) you will not be eligible for the free copy of X-Plane 11. Please see this screenshot from our store page for Steam:
