Digital Downloader is not shown on web page

Question

I bought a digital download of X-plane 10, and received an email with a link to the digital downloader.

However, the webpage is blank where the digital downloader icon should be. (Webpage says "click digital downloader below" and the page is blank below.)

So I can't download! What to do??

System is Windows Vista on Dell Dimension 9200. Browser is Internet Explorer.

Do not worry! Probably just a glitch, you will certainly be able to download at some point. I heard there were some CDN Server issues in Russia. @jroberts will probably have more insight.

HOWEVER, you are running Windows Vista AND using Internet Explorer, so there is a considerable possibility that the problem lies within Internet Explorer (I have had my share of problems with it, especially older versions). Make sure to either update Internet Explorer to the latest possible version on Windows Vista or download either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. These should have the necessary resources to open a page that older version of Internet Explorer may not actually be able to open.
