To the best of my knowledge, NO Gateway airports have Autogate capabilities; but if you download a Gateway airport, you can add Autogate ramps or marshallers, or whatever using WED.
If a developer tries to publish to the Gateway with Autogate equipment installed in his or her scenery package, WED will reject the submission automatically.
I've never tried to publish a package with Autogate, but WED kicks other scenery items that are not on the Laminar list of objects, so I'm just presuming the same goes for Autogate.
