x plane does not load (digital version)

Question

I am using the x plane 10 digital version, i am loading the game and it gets stuck on "Reading new scenery files". Before this i set the world distance to 1 kilometer and it never loaded

Please try removing all add ons such as plugins and custom scenery. If that doesn't work, try restoring default settings by moving, renaming or deleting the preferences folder (found in the Output folder).
