Date and Time basic question

Hi! How can I keep the time the same for the whole flight? like time doesnt advance? because i loke to fly sunrise

Time will progress during flight, but you can use the keyboard to adjust it manually without needing to reset it in a screen. Use the keys k & l to make time move backwards and forwards respectively. Use shift with the keys to make time move even faster.
