Validating that I've purchased x-plane?

Question

I am a long-term user of x-plane, and as such, I use the mechanism where I install my DVD in order to prove that I have a purchased product. Is there a way for me to convert this validation, so I don't have to physically have my DVD with me, in order to run the full version of x-plane?
