X-Plane 11 Beta to Full Version

I have just downloaded X-Plane 11 Beta Version on my Mac.

When the full version is released, will the download replace/update the existing Beta Version directory or will it create a new X-Plane 11 directory meaning that I have to delete the Beta Version directory ?

The full version will be an update to the existing X-Plane 11 install you already have. You will not need to reinstall X-Plane 11 when it is final.
