Why won't my 777 radio connect with squakbox?

I download the 777 from x plane.org but when setting up the plane i tried to connect to the act but it won't connect and then when trying to put in the cruise alt. into the fmc at the bottom it said insufficient fuel no matter how much fuel i put in.

X-Plane.com only provides support with the base simulator -- You will need to contact VMAX/FLightFactor 777 support where you bought the 777 worldliner.
