Why am I suspended from the Org store?

Question

I can visit x-plane.org but when I click the org store tab it says "Suspended" With a lock on it and I try to go on youtube to solove the problem but literally nobody posted a video on how to solve this problem. HELP!!

I am not with Laminar Research (LR) or X-Plane.Org; just a flight simmer.

Others who have had problems with X-Plane.Org in the past have been advised "X-Plane.Org is an independent entity to LR and there is no connection between either party. To solve your problem you need to make direct contact with X-Plane.Org" by an email or message. The link can be found at the bottom of the page at https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/
