Impossible to download x-plane 11 from server

Hi,

I purchase x-plane 11 digital version. But it's impossible to download. The connection to the server fail offten. Timeout is reached. I have a good and stable internet connection (50mb/s). OS Windows 10.

Can you help me?

I haven't heard many other complaints about the CDN service in that area, so you might wait a bit a try again to see if it's a temporary issue.

same problem here. I cannot download the demo. Located in Germany.

Please also make sure you are using the latest installer (4.01r1).
