Will X-Plane have a VR (Vertual Reality) version so the multi monitors will not be required?

VR is becoming the new standard for gaming computers.  This would allow the individual to eliminate multiply monitors.  Any future plans on making X-Plane into a VR option?

We've not forgotten about VR. We're still looking at it for the future, but we don't have a timeline at this point.

Xplane 11 has references to the oculus rift in the joystick setup. I've seen a video of Austin trying the oculus rift in xplane 10. Whether or not support is 100% there or not, how do i get the game to show up in the oculus rift?
