Neither my LAN nor 3G connection allow this download speed to increase, on the other hand, when I test streaming video or any other site usage, I have no such lag. There does seem to be a parallel to my own signal though;when my signal strength dropped from 100% to 2 bars during the storm last night, the download speed for this program plummeted to ca. 60kb/s. Yet, again I had no other such lag during any usage/speed tests.
