Newly installed x-plane 11 flases on and off

Question

First installed the trial version. Screen flashed on and off repeatedly and then off. Could not use the demo. Purchased the full beta version. Same result. Should I delete all and redownload and install again? My machine well with all apps including multiple flight sims, autocad, ms office, etc.

There is no difference between how the demo behaves and how the full product will function. Please make sure your operating system is up to date, as well as your graphics card drivers, and make sure your computer meets the system requirements.
