XPlane 10 wont load?

Question

When I turn on XPlane, it states it can not run because it is either running on the sam computer, or ipfv6 is not connected. I have restarted several times, and XPlane is not running already. My internet connections are fine and ipfv6 is connected. I am using a Mac OSX 10.11.

I meant Ipv6 sorry.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Perhaps the last time X-Plane quit it didn't shut down properly and some background processes are still running.

Please try renaming, deleting or moving the entire preferences folder (found in the Output folder).
