Starting the Bell 206

Question

Is the Bell 206 Jetranger included in the x-plane 11 program, and is it possible to start the 206 from a cold dark cockpit?

It is not yet in the "Beta"version of X-Plane 11, and i don't know if it will come in the full version, but what i do know is that you can ALWAYS start with a cold and dark startup, with every plane/helicopter.
