Hi Vipan,

Thank you for uploading the error file and log.txt. The log.txt does not have shut down information in it. To troubleshoot this further, can you figure out if there are specific actions that cause it to happen? Is it when you use a certain plane? Start from a certain location or fly the same route? Does it always happen after you've been using the program for a specific length of time?

If you can recreate the crash, please comment with the exact steps you followed and immediately upload the log.txt from the crash without starting any programs again.

Okay.. I recreated the crash..

1. loaded the C172 from AirFoil labs at KFLL airport. no problems there..

2. Then I used the mouse key to scroll down..the X-plane crashed.

Files:

1. X-plane log file after the aircraft loaded normal

2. X-plane log file when X-plane crashed using the mouse to scroll

3. screen shot of the crash.

4. Windows 10 event log file

5. Window 10 event Screen Shot.

Since I had an issue upload the screen shots.. i provided the links below..

Ok.. This crash happens every time I use the mouse scroll..

Hope this helps..

Thanks

Hi Vipan,

That new, complete log.txt helped a lot. At the very end is the sentence that tells us what went wrong:

--=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: X-Camera}==--

I recommend you try moving the X-Camera plugin to the desktop, then try X-Plane again and see if the crash goes away. If it does, you'll know that was the culprit and you could contact the creator to let them know.

Ok done and X-plane did not crash..

I sent the details to the creator Mark Ellis at

I am sure there is a work around.. it's a nice program..

Thanks..
