Just paid for digital download of X-Plane 10 but email link went to X-Plane 11 installer

How do download the installer for my X-Plane 10 digital download purchase.

Link took me to X-Plane 11 installer instead

Why is the XP10 digital download installer is asking for DVD3? I had to exit the installer.

I purchased XP11 and XP10 supposed to be included in the license.
