XPlane 11 vs 10

Question

Why does X-Plane 11 that I purchased directly from LR on 1/4/2017 have fewer pull-down menus than X-Plane 10 which I purchased on Steam on 10/4/2014?  How do I set the location, weather, and time during flight in X-Plane 11?

XP 11 is still in Beta; more to come.  As to the question about location, etc.   Did you read the manual?

From dropdown menu select Flight > Edit Flight
