My multiplayer is not working plz fix it up

Every day I try to go on my multiplayer it takes so long to load and then it says try again you guys must fix this dam bug please

Please provide more details. What version are you using? If mobile, what type of tablet do you have? Etc. Please outline what you are doing step by step being as specific as possible.
