Which X-plane version for Diamond Katana DA-20 and can I install it on both Mac and Windows?

Hi there,

I have my real-live flight training in a Diamond Katana DA-20. I want to purchase one of the X-plane versions. Which version should I buy in order to be able to add the Katana to it?

And another question: when I purchase one of the X-plane versions, can I install it on both my MacBook and my Windows laptop? Or do I have to choose one and will not be able to install it later on the other (I will be changing laptops in the near future, but I hope I will not have to buy X-plane twice).

Both X-Plane 10 & 11 will allow you to add any and all of the custom aircraft and scenery you want. You can still get both for one price on the X-Plane.com store actually, so you don't even have to choose between them.

Both versions of X-Plane will also install and work on Windows or Mac. You can even download a full install for the other operating system from within the installer. You only need one license to run X-Plane on any of your home computers as long as you are only using it on one at a time. If you want to network multiple computers together to run X-Plane, you will need to purchase a license for each one.
