Using Saitek X-55 Throttle Quadrant, how do you assign all four engines to two axis?

When I configure the throttle quadrant in XP11b8, I can only assign throttle 1 and 2 to my quadrant. It only gives me the option to assign one engine per axis. So when I throttle up, I'm only using engine #1 and engine #2. I can't change the configuration so that all four engines are assigned to my throttles. Anybody know how to assign all four engines to the two axis for the default 747?

We don't currently have a way to assign more than one engine to a throttle. This is not an unreasonable request though, so a feature request has been filed. For now, the work around is to assign "throttle" (which will control all engines at once) to one of the axes and "none" to the other, and use them at the same time.
