Why can I not see the mouse arrow on the trial version of X plane 11?

I'm considering buying Xplane 11, but I wanted to try first with the demo version on my new computer.  Once I start xplane , I have no control over any of the features with the mouse.

The full version will behave exactly like the demo, so please do not purchase it unless we solve your issue.

Depending on what OS you are using, there could be two different issues:

• On Mac OS, you'll need to disable force touch features.
• On Windows, many people report solving mouse issues by turning off mouse trails in the computer settings.
