I installed X-Plane 11 but there are a lot of stuff missing

I installed the simulator but some planes and scenery are missing and also parts of the game. I don't know a way to download those items that are missing.

Did you install the Demo, or the purchased version?

I loaded the purchased version and have the same problem. Any comments or direction?

Try running the installer again.  Click Update first, then do the Add or Remove Scenery.  The Updater will make sure your planes are ok, and then just select which scenery you want to download.
