I recently bought the RWdesigns A330 and I am not satisfied with my purchase. There are multiple start-up problems like failure to start the engines. Also I have been unable to ask questions as there is no support pages for RW Designs. I am unsatisfied with my purchase and would like to know if a refund is possible.
