Can't takeoff and get IFR clearance

Just updated by x plane 10 to 10.45b1 and when I taxi for takeoff and hold short of runway I wait for ATC to give clearance. When I get the go ahead the arrows which direct me for taxing on the runway point me in the opposite direction instead directing me in the direction that will allow my plane to get enough speed for takeoff. Can someone please help as this is now very annoying. When I just turn onto the runway and take off ATC tells me IFR is cancelled. Need help to sort the problem

There are a lot more details I'll need to verify if this is a bug. ATC is a little rough and some fixes for it are still being developed.

1. Is this behavior different than what you experienced in 10.42 at the same airport, with the same AI aircraft, weather settings, etc?

2. What airport are you using? Do you know for a fact it has had drawn ATC taxi networks?

3. Please also provide step by step instructions to recreate this.
