closed Downloading problems

I live on the west coast (US)and have ok internet but when I try to download x plane 11 this it says download from can.x-plane.com and I'm trying to download and normally I get at least 1 mb to my download but instead it tells me I'm downloading 20 kilobytes and my download time for all us Hawaii Australia and Japan is 214 hours
