Running gps on 2nd monitor makes main monitor flash every 5 seconds on pb13

Question

In c172 default. U dock gps unit into own window and display on 2nd monitor and main monitor flashes as it it is refreshing every 5 seconds or so, frame rates are fine.

are both refresh rate the same in both monitors?... (just guessing)

I cannot reproduce this on a clean install. Please remove addons or plugins to see if they caused the issue.

I think that I have isolated it to Avioware plugin that handles a tablet used as a pfd. When I disappear it, the flashing stops. Unfortunately,  I don't then have instruments :) at least I know what it is now
