There is no upgrade to X-Plane 11.
You can buy X-Plane 11 Digital Download here (it is still beta). Because of the probability of encountering bugs in the beta, all purchases at this time also include access to the X-Plane 10 digital download.

When you purchase the digital download edition, you will receive an email confirmation with your product key. This key will allow you to download, install, and use X-Plane 11 without needing any other products.
