Have tried deleting and re installing, same result.

X plane 10 has been running on Windows 10 well for several Months.

Any help welcome.

You can try moving/deleting the preferences folder and restart to see if it helps. You can also check destination folder with read/write permissions or move your X-Plane folder to another location. You can read more about installation of X-Plane 10 here and about file and folder permissions here.

Thank you for your sugestions, tried them all with no success.

However I finaly managed to get the program to load by deleating and re installing but not updating until after a successful loading and flight.
