Screen stutter when using Throttle

Question

Every time i touch my throttle controller the screen stutters to the point it is not usable. I watch teh CPU and GPU and it is not those. I have an X55 HOTAS and use it with other sims without issue. Any ideas. Also I use FlyInside to fly with the Oculus and I have no issues when using that, just when I try to fly using monitor.

i5-7600K OC to 4.3

MSI GTX 1080 OC

27" 1080p Monitor

X55 Rhino HOTAS

16GB DDR 4 RAM

First I'd recommend removing all addons like plugins or custom aircraft and seeing if it still happens. If it doesn't with the default sim, you can try to find which add on does it by adding them back in one at a time until it happens again.

Found the issue. I had one of the radial dials on the throttle set to rotate view. As soon as I killed that mapping the issue went away
