when i try to turn on my 4 engines on the boeing 747 400 i just does not work will someone help me

everytime I use the #boeing747 400 I get everything on but until it comes to the engine part I turn on the apu bleed and engine fuel but when I need to pull the engine start switch it gets pulled but after that it goes back off will someone please reply and answer I need this quickly until then I can not play x plane 10 please help.

Try pulling the switch and holding it for a few seconds.
