Authentication Server Could Not Be Reached

I keep trying to install X-Plane 11, and I keep reaching an error that my authentication server could not be reached. My internet connection is strong. The Proxy Server is blank. Your help is much appreciated! This has been going on for several days.

Please make sure you are using the latest installer (4.02r2). Send a copy of the installer log.txt (found on the desktop) as well as screenshots of the error message to the bug reporter here. We will need the additional information to investigate.
