Маленький fps

Здравствуйте, проблема в fps , системные требования такие - AMD FX 6300 >  оперативная память 8 GB > RADEON R9 280X on 3gb > на фото видно что компьютер работает не на полную мощность  процессор работает на 40 % - 50 % , видеокарта так же на 40%-50  в чем причина ведь мощности еще хватает что бы сделать нормальный fps

Your performance can be either CPU or GPU bound. My biggest piece of advice is to be very methodical in how you set the sliders. Try following the directions here in the manual to find the best balance for your system.

Keep in mind that a "good" frame rate for X-Plane is 30 fps.
