I reckon you've attempted installing multiple times? It looks as if it is a connection issue to the server. I am not sure if it had any downtime, recently, but if it may be the case, try running the installer again. If that doesn't work, make sure your internet is connected at the time of installation and ensure your firewall is not blocking the X-Plane Installer (the generic advice).

Desk top...Firewall is off but to no prevail. I loaded it onto my laptop and works well except all takeoffs in any plane start on the helo pad.  lessons work fine.  can I not have 2 versions of the game in one house?
