When will the boxed version of X-Plane 11 be available for purchase at X-Plane.com here in the USA?

Already the DVDs are being shipped in Europe and are available at via Aerosoft. But, not yet in the USA?,

We are in the process of getting DVDs ready but we have been a bit delayed by the newly discovered issue with DVDs on Linux. We would like to include the fix for this, which may delay us again by two weeks or so.

One month later and we are still not able to purchase the boxed version of X-Plane in the USA. What say ye now?
