How to "turn off birds" in X-plane 11?

Question

I am X-plane user since X-plane 10 version, and there it was possible to "turn off birds and deers in nice weather" something like this. Today i was flying on VATSIM and after touchdown i saw birds on ground. I have lost  both engines. Its a bit annoying that you can't "turn this birds off". Hope you will add this option to the next version of X-plane 11 :)
