FMS "NOT IN DATABASE"

Question

When i tried to type in the Dep. and Des. in the fms, the textfield said "Not in database"....I tried it with diffrent airports, but none of them worked.......I also don't have the chance to see what I am typing in, because the "Not in database" text is in the way....

I assume you are referring to the default aircraft and the default FMS.  I have videos on youtube that will help with your problems.  Let me know if they solve your problem.  Specifically, look at the playlist "Default FMS".  Matt
