Xplane 11 Error During Installation : HTTP Error (403) Forbidden

Question

I downloaded the installer from the url:

http://www.x-plane.com/desktop/try-it/thanks/?downloadNow=true&os=Windows&download_url=%2Fupdate%2Finstallers11%2FX-Plane11InstallerWindows.zip

but get an error.

Do you get the same error if you download it from here? http://www.x-plane.com/desktop/try-it/

If so, please be more specific about when you see it and attach a copy of the installer log.txt from the desktop.
